Facet settlement receipts

Each receipt on this host is a single self-contained file. It carries the settlement, any amendments, and the compact JWS that signs them.

Verification happens in your browser. The page fetches the merchant's published keys and checks the Ed25519 signature against them, with no call back to Facet. A receipt stays checkable whether or not this host is up.

Receipts are addressed by order id.
